12. What's the weirdest AU you've ever come up with?

The weirdest AU amd one that I'll most likely never write is my "post-apocalyptic enforced-threesomes universe". (Be warned for shaky plot). About 150 years back, there was a terrible epidemic that killed off a small percent of men and most women on Earth. The virus also caused that pregnancies became difficult, miscarriges common and women rarely birthed healthy girls. Obviously this messed up societies in many unexpected ways.

Fastforward 150 years into "present time". The virus is still around, but science has made significant progress since and the male:female ratio has become closer to normal. But the mentality and the laws caused by the epidemy is still there. Like, there has been a significant feministic movement, but women are still expected to have children "or we'll die out" and *not* having kids causes significant social stigma, not to mention possible legal problems. People are strongly encouraged to live in relationships of 1 woman + 2 or more men, because it's best for mankind. Except all that was 150 years ago - nowadays, half of these laws make no sense.

Cue Peter&El being a couple in a universe that tells them being a duo is selfish. Cue the medical team of Neal&Mozzie(&others?) who write fake medical reports for women that for whatever reasons don't want to be pregnant, claiming that they're infertile. Cue Peter the member of the FBI, who discovers that Diana is in a forbidden relationship with a woman and keeps her secret, but recommends that the best cover would be to have a baby. And then when the FBI becoms suspicious, they move Peter to the "Sex Crimes" unit, where his new job is investigating people like Diana and Neal, and the whole society and his upbringing tells him what's the "right way" to live but Peter's also a compassionate man with a brain. Everything's one big mess.

You asked for the weird stuff.

23. Do you like more general prompts, or more specific ones?

I enjoy both and I've succesfully worked with both. I do prefer though if the prompt isn't too detailed, so there's more space to shape the prompt in a way I'd like.
