*melts* Oh, this was absolutely wonderful! Thank you! (you didn't have to!) I love seeing the progression from Sara's point of view, and was quite surprised when she bought rings, but I loved that she took that jump. Then it just broke my heart knowing his death was coming. Her reaction when he came back was painful, but true to her character. For a moment at the end of part 2, I didn't realize there was more and couldn't believe you would leave it there! I was about to flail and pout and cry. But whew! Part 3. I cannot believe he forged the rings and jumped in the river just to look like he found them! Heh. Only Neal.
I'm so SO happy that she finally gave him a chance. Deep down, I think she has to realize he'd spoiled her and she would have always compared and thought back to him.
