I'm not sure if Keller is involved or just taking advantage of the situation. Either way, Neal is really playing with fire here. I think he knows all too well that he can't trust Keller, but he believes that he can use him without getting burned... which is likely a big mistake. With Keller around, it's not "if things go wrong"; it's a "when".
