Wow. Like Ara, I haven't read Castle fic, beyond a crossover or two, so I haven't really invested myself in their characters much. This, however, made me want to. I could hear them in my head. And it felt like the show. Because honestly? Castle would SO write that! :D You handled their emotions and their angst so well. I could picture all that happening. (Although I sure hope they resolve it sooner!)
