Well, there was a couple times where El took care of Neal. Like the post-drug couch scene in Vital Signs.

Funny because I find Peter very predictable. Neal does wrong, he's upset, Neal does good, he's happy and forgiving and proud, Neal's in danger, he comes to the rescue.
